Alarming loved ones
Hi all.
I was wondering if anyone has or knows of good systems which will alarm loved ones etc when you have a seizure, I have nocturnal Epilepsy and have no clue to when I will have one. And I just wondered if people had found a watch app ring anything that sends a notification to selected people when you have a seizure. As it's quite confusing when searching.

I hope others in the community will be able to share some of their suggestions with you. While I personally have not used any, I did come across a few that seem interesting. The https://www.samialert.com seems like a popular option if family or caregivers are in the same home. If you have an Apple Watch, there is an app called EpiCentr that says it will notify your selected contacts if seizure like activity is detected.
