Do you know what triggers your seizures?
What triggers your seizures may be different than what triggers someone else's. Share your seizure trigger(s) with the community.

  1. Stress, heat, poor air flow, changes in air pressure, poor hydration, not eating enough, disturbed steep, anxiety, depression.

    1. Good morning. I retired 1 year ago. This has significantly reduced my stress level. I continue to monitor and balance my triggers. I've found that walking and enjoying nature bring the most peace. I'm also fortunate to have a few close friends who know the challenges I've faced that provide support. I'm looking into whether I would benefit from RNS surgery. I wish you well.

  4. Stress heat certain types of lights strobe and celling fans with a light behind them my seizures got worse it was my sugar anytime it gets low or high I have seizures in my sleep
