Strange triggers
Does anyone have anything strange or specific that triggers their seizures?
I’ve had tonic clonic seizures in my sleep but not for around 6 years. I’m medicated and only suffer with the ‘deja vu’ type seizure currently. It seems to be triggered by smoke… like bonfires, burnt toast etc. even just seeing smoke from a distance or in a photo, the mention of the word ‘log burner’ tends to trigger them. It’s oddly specific and I can’t understand how a word or a photo or something would be a trigger?

I am so sorry that you are experiencing this. I haven't experienced this before. Maybe you should reach out to your healthcare provider and let them know what you have been experiencing. Its always good to keep them informed. I have heard people smell burnt toast. Definitely, let your doctor know everything.
