Controlling seizures

Hi all, I’m new to this forum and recently diagnosed with epilepsy (April this year). I’m currently on 250g a day of lamotrigine. I went 9 weeks without a seizure but had another one today and I’m gutted. Have you got any help with waiting for the ASM to finally control seizures ?

  1. Hi there,

I know it caan be challenging to find the right epilepsy medication. I recently had a breakthrough, but I've been changing medication. Pay attention to your body and be open with your doctor about the seizure.

There are medications that work, you just need the right combination. Just keep going!
