  1. I really don’t know

  2. Loud noises, strong odors, that I’m not used to or are really strong and will make me sick, being startled by someone or something that I wasn’t expecting. (I wear sound proof earphones at work to block out loud sounds.

    1. I have been through a lot the last year, I lost my dad to cancer, and we lost our house, so we had to move around a couple of times and due to all that I was under a lot of stress, and my seizures were really bad, but now we are move into our old house we were renting before and I’m back working again I’m doing good, I just have to pay attention to what is going on around me due to the noise level at where I work at, everything has changed in the way it used to be, there is a lot more noise in the shop due to the loud music that is being played, when before that wasn’t allowed, so trying to block out that with my own music is kinda hard. But I do the best I can.
At least I’m not having my seizures continuously like I was before my dad passed, I was under so much stress from that I was having them really bad.

    2. I am so sorry for your loss. You and your family have been through a lot this past year. With this much change, I can understand how it would be very stressful, which must be so hard with your seizures. I am so glad to hear you are settled into your house and you have your routine with working again. I am sure loud music is very distracting, I am happy to hear you have your own music to try to drain out the other noises. This year must have been so challenging both physically and emotionally. I hope your stress level continues to stay level and your seizures remain absent. Please keep us posted with how you are doing. It is always nice to hear from you. Jill (Team Member)

  3. Caffeine, sugar,sleep & stress

  4. Not always, but I know strobe lights do, too much caffeine does, and definitely forgetting my meds does.
