supportive housing ideas?

hi everyone, I have very infrequent but severe (usually status epilepticus) nocturnal seizures, so i always need to have someone around to keep an eye on me at night. I'm recently divorced and have a good situation now, living with a roommate, but starting to think about possibilities for the longer term. It can be a burden for whoever I live with, so i've been thinking about some type of communal housing, maybe with other folks who I could look out for in turn. Has anyone encountered such communities before or do you know of good places to look? I live in Seattle and would very much like to stay here
