Do you know what triggers your seizures?
What triggers your seizures may be different than what triggers someone else's. Share your seizure trigger(s) with the community.
I actually don't know what trigger my seizures, as they only ever happened in my sleep. I remember reading that higher temperatures could be a catalyst for seizures, and I worry about it a bit because I prefer to sleep with the heat cranked up.
