Flashing Cellphone Emoji's 🎆

I sent my daughter at Cellphone Emoji ( this one 🎆 ) , it started flashing, I didn't think anything of it for a sec, then I was like ' what have I done' ? Only 3-5 percent of people or persons with Epilepsy may experience seizures due to flashing lights displays , whether on social media, real life or now even cellphone Emoji's and gifs. Luckily my daughter is ok, but for many it could be a different outcome. I guess they are attempting to bring Emoji's to life . Be careful out there who you send an emoji too ! - mom & caregiver
