Difficulty In finding adequate medical intervention

My daughter is 21 and has been living with epilepsy for over a year. She has bilateral temporal lobe seizures. Or, at least that is what all of the symptoms present. It begins with a deja vu focal seizure, which then cascades into a tonic-clonic seizure. We have had multiple EEG tests, some lasting for a week, and have never been able to record one to get any good data. The Neurology team, because of a lack of anything to see, has brushed off her condition as something more psychological than neurological. We live with it and are fully aware that it is neurological.
Any advice on avenues to explore to find some sound neurology help?
