  1. GMORNING MY NAME IS BILL M. CARTER JR.,MY QUESTION IS WHY WE DON'T HAVE A TOWN HOUSE COMMUNITY FOR PEOPLE WITH (EPILEPSY) LISTEN, OUR PARENTS DIE,OUR SIBILING ARE LIVING THEIR OUR LIVES. WE SHOULD HAVE THIS IN EVERY STATES SO WE WON'T BE ALONE IN LIFE. SOME HUSBAND CAN'T DEAL WITH IT, SOME WIVES CAN'T DEAL WITH IT, AND CHILDREN JUST WANNA BE GROWN UPS. I STARTED HAVING MY SEIZURES AT THE AGE OF (7) I'M A BLACK MAN NOW,WHO'S CHILDHOOD WAS BEING ABUSED AT ALL THE TIME. SO CAN YALL HELP ME OUT I'M WORKING, BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG,THINK ABOUT ME.
