The best smart watch to alert a carer to a tonic clonic seizure

My 13 year old boy was recently diagnosed with Juvenile Myclonic Epilepsy has a tonic clonic seizure every few months and lots of long absence seizures daily. He's at a stage in his life where he likes to meet up with friends at the local park so for peace of mind I was thinking of buying him a smart watch but want to get one with a long battery life that will pick up on the shaking of a tonic clonic seizure ๐Ÿ‘. Any suggestions would be appreciated thank you ๐Ÿ™

  1. Thanks Jill I'll have a look at this watch ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ‘

    1. Hi thanks for reaching out. Have you heard of the Embrace2 Watch? This might be a good option for your son, here is an article with further information about this: https://epilepsyallianceamerica.org/seizure-movement-monitor-assistance/. I hope this is helpful. Jill (Team Member)
