Question re applying for jobs UK

Hi,

I'm wondering how many people have come across this issue when applying for jobs in the UK. I cannot drive because of my seizures. And I find that SO many job applications say MUST be a driver. And I cannot see a logical reason for me needing to be a driver for the job. Not to mention, there is Access to Work that can provide taxis in place of the car. But this statement automatically rules you out. Have you experienced this problem?
