Help with my Child

On Thursday night my 17 year old had her first seizure, was taken to hospital, blood work ok and CT scan ok, sent her home, Friday evening had another seizure that lasted about 5 min called 911 she then had 4 more in front of the paramedics. Did more blood work ok, sent her home with Keppora. Have to wait to May 29 for an EEG. What would cause this to happen all of a sudden? She is still having these mini events we call them blank stare left arm twitches, Any help or advise would me appreciated. I feel so helpless not able to help her
