I have been blessed with a strong support system with my children, friends and neighbors
I try to find a dr who will respect me, and not judge me. My last Dr I tried to accept me as a patient told me “it’s not my problem” as I told him about my epilepsy, and frequent seizures, and laughed as he said this, then he called the police on me when I got upset, and displayed my reaction to his comments!

I try to get lots of rest. I try incredibly hard not to get stressed, that I'd a big trigger for me.
