Tbi and epilepsy…
Anyone have tbi and develop epilepsy after? Where you feel like you become someone else. You think you’re crazy all the time and you think you’re seizures are all in your head but they are not. Then, develop all sorts of other problems. Also, your neurologists think you’re crazy too cause you’re seeing a psychiatrist when a crazy person wouldn’t be seeing a psychiatrist if they were crazy? Especially if they are trying to get help 🙃🤔 anyone in the same boat.
Hi there! I'm sorry this is happening to you! I personally didn't develop my epilepsy from a traumatic brain injury, but I know others who did. A traumatic brain injury can cause all sorts of issues. Definitely consult your healthcare providers and if you aren't getting the answers you desire get a second, third, and fourth opinion. We have to advocate for ourselves. Don't feel crazy, get the answers you need.
