Has Your Memory Worsen as You Got Older ? Is a Whiteboard or notebook helping ?

As we know, dealing with epilepsy has many effects that can’t be explained. Course, you can't explain it... It would be best if you remembered to do so.

Dealing with memory loss is one of the main effects of living with epilepsy. It can be very challenging, annoying, untimely, and straight embarrassing.

We've been told to “ just remember.” that doesn't exactly help, or the content reminder or hint that your medication is the reason.

That might not be it.

But my question is this:

“Other than the notepads,
, whiteboards, and even the growth of technology.”What other ways do you do to collect your missing memories?

How does it make you feel? : especially with discussions that get put on hold due to forgetting what to say or what was said.

  1. Memory loss is beginning to happen to me more and more often. First thing is I don’t take on too much activity. I don’t commit as quickly nor as often. Each morning when I awake I mentally organize my day. There are only so many hours. I take on less because MORE causes me to get anxious. Getting anxious results in me having seizures. Sounds simple. It is anything but…it is very hard to accomplish. You are not alone.

    1. I can relate to This; if it’s not notebooks, whiteboards, or even my phone, I can't precisely say what needs to be done or just the most detailed thing or very detailed scenarios. Then again, I'm always moving and I'm a over thinker but, the simplest and frustrating always occurs like not remembering where my phone is.. 5 minutes later.

Let the anxiety and frustration begin

      1. Unfortunately my short term memory has basically been wiped away. I'm lucky if I remember what I did give minutes ago. My wife is my memory bank, even though sometimes it gets irritating and old for her
