Has anyone ever tried deep brain stimulation to treat their epilepsy?

Nope
I've had my DBS since Dec. 2022. It has made a huge difference in my life. As I type this no seizures since 9/30/24. Which is wonderful for me. I also have the VNS and am still on 3 AEDs. We're discussing stopping one med but I'm not liking that idea just yet. Thanks for this post.
Thank you for sharing! That's awesome that you've been seizure free for a while and I hope that continues. I'm looking into DBS as an option more and more.
