Stress, is basically a natural mental health issue, that effects and influences our physical health through physiological means. Chronic stress activates stress hormones and then it releases stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline, which leads to long-term health problems. Rise in cortisol levels,are linked with hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, and a weakened immune system. Moreover , mental health conditions like depression and anxiety also cause inflammation, which is connected or linked in numerous chronic diseases, that includes diabetes and cancer. Moreover, mental health disorders can affect our sleep patterns, leading to insomnia or poor-quality sleep too which may lead to insomnia. These disturbances in sleep directly have an effect on our physical health, which will kick in to different diseases and problems like obesity, cardiovascular diseases, and a lessen Or decreased ability to subsist or manage our stress.
