Equal Opportunity Policy is nonsense

I had a seizure in someone's house when assessing them for being a prospective Adopter. I had given them the information about what to do if I had a seizure in their company. They left me on the floor and didn't contact my employer. My Assessment was that they would not be suitable as Carers based on their behaviour.
They complained and my 'Equal Opportunities ' Employer(Nottingham City Council) decided I was not fit to work in the community anymore. They made me work 'office bound ' instead. Has anyone else experienced this?

  1. Hi it has been a couple weeks so I wanted to check in on you. I can understand your frustration with this whole experience. I can't even imagine how awful that must have been for you to have just been left there with no help. How are you doing? Jill (Team Member)
