Finding the Right Neurologist

I wanted to see if anyone else has issues with finding the right Neurologist. I have been looking for a neurologist who has bedside manner and cares about my journey and wants to come up with a plan for my epilepsy. I look for a neurologist who is experienced and fully transparent. I will be fully transparent as well.

How do you guys choose your neurologist?
