Could this be a seizures

Need help understanding what’s going on with my partner. Sometimes at random he sees flashes off things/hears voices followed by a strange tingly feeling in the chest once it stops body feels cold and he gets goosebumps. He explains it like it’s dejavu, he says that it happens sometimes usually when he feels like he’s been there before. When this Happens it’s usually for about 2 minutes and he’s aware that it’s happening.

Sometimes he has these episodes where he hears sees things in his head that can be scary. When he comes out of the episode he doesn’t remember what happened, one time he was chilling with me and my friends. He had an episode and held his ears and started shouting, sounded like he was scared. After he came out the episode he didn’t remember anything. He didn’t even remember that my girlfriends were chilling with us in the room. He only remembers me being there so he must of been in an episode for about 2 hours.

What could this be, anyone have similar experiences?
