Becoming frustrated about what might be triggering my seizures.

I have had Epilepsy since I was 11 - now 64. Over this period of time I have figured out most of the triggers for my seizures but sometimes when I have auras and I cannot think of what might be causing them so I could possibly "delete" that trigger or change things where I wouldn't have the auras, I then become trustrated (which DOES NOT help!!!!!!). How do you suggest I handle these periods? I know becoming frustrated in my case only makes things worse. Thanks, Deborah.

  1. This is a great question, have you spoken to your doctor about this? Perhaps keeping a seizure journal, if you don't already may help too! Here's a few articles I found that you might find helpful:

Hope these resources help! Warmly, Kailah (Epilepsy Team Member)
