Hi Everyone, I'm trying to find out if there's anyone here that can help me put My Epilepsy Story together?
With 'My Epileptic Package Deal' 😉 dyslexia can be awful, you'll be able to see as my grammar is off the chart!! However I can talk like a duracell battery, I'm totally open on all my types of epilepsy I have, and all that comes with what seems an endless package of experiences the good, bad and ugly. I just can't put it down in writing. I help would be much appreciated.

• what kind of an impact do you want to give ?
• What audience are you trying to reach ?
• try not to put everything in one story , spread it out like ; one story could be about 1) how you were first diagnosed?
2) how do you journal your seizure activity ?
3) how do you spend your days ?
4) how do you navigate the bad days ?
5) what do you look for in support on your personal journey
Each one of these can be a different story on how you deal on your personal journey .
